• Manages project modules / processes independently
• Co-ordinates with the onsite team to ensure that the deliveries are on schedule.

• Identifies the best industry practices and implements in the engagements.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft security concepts for both versions of PeopleSoft, World as well as OneWorld.
• Able to assess PeopleSoft instances spread across continents as well as different instances in different geographies.
• Sound knowledge of PeopleSoft database structure.
• Knowledge of application controls that can be implemented in PeopleSoft across different modules.
• Understand OMW and change management process.
• Knowledge of AS/400 security.
